    FAQs

What’s the difference between integrated, fixed and desktop readers?

Integrated readers include antennas; fixed readers require external antennas; desktop readers are compact USB devices for near-field tasks like encoding.

    How do I pick antennas?

Match read range & zone to polarization (linear for distance, circular for orientation tolerance). Consider gain, beamwidth, cable loss and environment.

Do you provide SDKs and examples?

Yes—Windows/Linux/Android examples for inventory, singulation, write/lock, GPIO and RSSI filtering.

Can you recommend tags for metal or liquids?

Use on-metal (foam/ceramic) tags for conductive surfaces; for liquids, prefer near-field or tuned labels mounted away from contents.
